We at D&B Power Associates pride ourselves in our approach to customer needs.  We strive to gain a clear understanding of a customer’s application and deliver a solution that best fits their needs.  Stemming from a unique customer issue, the below testimonial is a direct result of that quality.  D&B was approached to come up with a solution for severe cooling issues within an 800 sq/ft computer room.  The client fully expected to implement a new cooling system, but with all things considered the best solution came at a $0 price tag from us.  D&B recommended minor room and airflow orientation changes to establish a more predictable and efficient hot/cold aisle configuration as well as a repair to the existing A/C, which had the needed capacity but was not adequately cooling their space due to the layout and inefficient airflow.   

I just wanted to thank your for your advice on my computer room.  I am not sure if I gave you an update but your suggestion of turning the computers to a hot and cold side worked out great.  I also had the ceiling unit fixed and we are holding a steady 70 degrees even on hot days.  Even with everything running in the past we were never able to get that room cool.  Thanks again.
